At DronesKaki, we want to ensure your aerial adventures are seamless; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of receipt. All electronics must be in their original, unopened packaging with all security seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the drone and all original accessories, manuals, and batteries into the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it back to our service center using a tracked courier service for safety.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection

  Our technicians will perform a flight-log and hardware diagnostic to verify the unit's condition before approving and processing your refund or exchange.
